1. Standard Purchases (Without a Special Coupon)

   • If you purchase the AI at the regular price without using a special coupon, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
   • Any refund requests must be submitted within [7 days] of purchase, along with a valid reason and proof that the AI was not functional.
   • Refunds will not be granted for personal dissatisfaction, lack of understanding of how the AI works, or failure to follow setup instructions.

2. Purchases Made with a Special Coupon (No Refunds Policy)

   • We occasionally provide a special coupon for traders who may not have the financial means to purchase the AI at full price.
   • If you use a special coupon provided by our official support team, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
   • This policy is in place to prevent misuse and ensure fairness to all users who invest in the AI.

Important Notes:

• All refund requests must go through our official support team.
• Refunds will not be issued for improper usage, incorrect installation, or failure to follow instructions provided in the private activation video.
• Once the AI is activated on your account, refunds cannot be processed.
